Evidence that AF has found the right approach lies in the fact that we still serve our very first customer—25 years after our original transaction.

An ISO 9001:2000 certified company, Aerospace Fasteners, Inc. is a small woman-owned Aerospace hardware distributor, serving more than 300 small, medium, and enterprise customers both domestically and internationally. We have the capacity, ability, and experience to manage multimillion-dollar accounts.

AF meets a diverse range of clients’ inventory management needs—from bin-stocking programs and KAN-BAN programs to Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) programs as well as traditional LTA agreements.

You can be assured that AF will maintain a minimum inventory of all customer parts purchased from us to ensure that there are NO STOCK OUTS for you, our customers. Our history of placing the customer at the forefront of our business model began in 1979, when Johnnie and Carole Elfarr opened Aerospace Fasteners, Inc.’s door to business with the help of only one other employee. Due to the company’s growth, their son Jason joined the AF team in 1991, reinforcing our hands-on, family business atmosphere.

We continually evolve to maintain our state-of-the-art operations. Specifically, we have renovated our original facility in Palestine, TX, two times, and we also recently have added a second office and warehouse strategically located in Media, PA, to better serve the East Coast region. As Aerospace Fasteners, Inc. has grown from its original three employees to its current size of 20, however, we have remained committed to the personal touch and superior customer service that have defined our company for over 25 years.
